Utilizing the latest SWIX Sports products exclusively, we specialize in tuning your equipment using the same products, tools, methods and techniques used by the best World Cup ski, snowboard and Nordic technicians. We utilize mechanical belt and stone grinding in order to flatten a ski or board base. We then complete the intricate tuning process completely by hand, which gives you the best and most accurate tune possible.

Tuning:

Using SWIX professional waxes we provide everything from our hand-iron in universal wax and temperature specific hydrocarbon and fluorocarbon waxes to a full fluorocarbon race treatment.

We also have two professional hot boxes which is the best proven method for getting alpine, snowboard and Nordic bases successfully and deeply fully penetrated with various layers of wax and base prep formulas.

Think of it as the ultimate spa treatment for your winter gear.

Working by hand, we will precisely set your ski specific base and edge angles with our special tungsten carbide files, followed by complete diamond stone honing and gummi stone deburring. Then, a complete and accurate de-tuning of the tip and tail at specific points relative to the gear being tuned and your specific skiing / riding style. With an HTS tune You will feel the difference.

Mounting & Torque Testing:

We can mount any Alpine, AT, Tele, Nordic, or Snowboard binding. We are fully certified to test Alpine and AT ( Alpine Touring) releasable bindings.
